These things are just pieces of paper or plastic and have no security value. Nobody ever asked for one in Hungary, before starting to duplicate a key brought by a person willing to pay for the extra key(s) and Hungary is in the EU and NATO, not just a 33rd world banana republic. 91.82.32.34 17:23, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
