Bowley Lock Company is a Canadian lock manufacturer that produces high security lock cylinders and is working on a high security padlock, the Bowley Model 543.
History
The bowley brothers founded their lock company in 2015, combining their skills to provide a cheaper high security lock.[1] After their first kickstarter failed to reach the CA$ 500,000 goal they tried again 8 months later. This time with a lower goal of CA$ 5000 the goal was easily reached and surpassed. Withing 3 months after the kickstarters completion all the locks were send to the backers.[2]
On April 1, 2018 they launched the kickstarter for their padlocks Bowley Model 543 and they plan to have them shipped by september 2018. [3].
